By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 735 platform, you automatically agree to these terms. They apply to all users located in Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement between 735 and the user.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. 735 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and users will be notified of significant changes through the platform. Continuing to use the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration Requirements
- Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account on 735. Account registration and use by minors is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration — including name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time.
- Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
- Certain services may be restricted until the verification process is complete. Please follow the platform's instructions to complete verification.
Account Security & User Responsibilities
- Keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential is entirely your responsibility. They must not be shared with any third party.
- The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the 735 support team immediately.
- Any form of fraud, hacking, bot usage, or automation tools on the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Bets or transactions on an account may not be placed on behalf of a third party — each account is strictly for the personal use of the account holder.

Platform Usage Restrictions
- The 735 platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use or resale of platform access is strictly prohibited.
- Harassing, intimidating, threatening, or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other users will result in account termination.
- Downloading, copying, redistributing, or reverse engineering any part of the platform is prohibited. All 735 content is protected under intellectual property law.
- Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity on the platform is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
Payment & Transaction Policy
- All transactions on 735 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Both deposits and withdrawals can be made via Bangladeshi mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
- Deposits below the platform's minimum limit will not be processed. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
- Withdrawing bonus or promotional balances is subject to specific conditions, which are outlined in the details of each promotion.
- If a suspicious transaction is detected, 735 may temporarily place it on hold and request additional verification.
- Any applicable taxes or mobile banking charges on transactions are the responsibility of the user.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Information

Participation in gaming and betting activities on the 735 platform is at the user's own risk and discretion. 735 will not be liable for any financial loss, loss of earnings, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, unless directly caused by our own negligence.
735's liability for disruptions caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party payment gateway issues is limited. In such cases, we will work to resolve the matter promptly and consider compensation where applicable.
Intellectual Property & Content Policy
All elements of the 735 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, game interfaces, and related content — are protected under intellectual property law. Unauthorised use, copying, or redistribution is legally prohibited.
Users are solely responsible for any content they upload or share on the platform — including photos and comments. Any content found to be illegal or harmful will be removed immediately, and the associated account will be subject to action.
Third-Party Integrations & Services
The 735 platform may include integrations with third-party payment services or game providers. 735 is not responsible for the operations, content, or privacy practices of these external services. Users are advised to review their respective terms before use.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
- 735 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice — particularly in cases of terms violations.
- If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited — particularly in cases involving fraud or multiple accounts.
- To close your account, please contact our support team. Any verified balance may be withdrawn prior to closure.
- For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, 735 may take action in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
735 reserves the right to modify, add to, or revoke these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh. Both parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through negotiation.
